Luz Loves watching basketball - Help him play.
Luz's story.
Luz is 4 and always on the move in his own funny way. He loves toy animals, singing the same song over and over, and making his family clap whenever he does a little dance in the living room. At school he is shy for about five minutes, then suddenly he is telling the teacher everything he knows. He likes being outside most of all, watching the bigger kids run and kick a ball, waiting for the day he can join in properly too. A series of plaster casts gradually repositions the foot over several weeks, followed by a small procedure to release the Achilles tendon. Children treated on time walk, run, and play with no lasting difference. Without treatment, the foot stays turned inward permanently. The window for the best outcomes is in the first year of life — which is exactly why early access to care matters so much.

Three commitments.
We pay the doctor, not the family. It protects donors, it protects families, and it means every peso is traceable from the moment you give it.
Cases reviewed by partner clinicians, not by us.
We post every outcome — including the ones that break your heart. You deserve to know what happened. And the families deserve that honesty too.
