One day this will just be something that happened when he was young
Miguel's story.
Miguel is 6 and the kind of boy who turns everything into a game. He loves school because he gets to be near his friends, but mostly because he can show off how fast he can count and how loudly he can answer questions. At home he builds forts from pillows, races toy cars across the floor, and asks a million questions before breakfast. He is gentle with his little sister, except when she touches his favourite truck, and he dreams of being strong enough to play basketball with the older kids on the street. ALL is the most common childhood cancer in the Philippines, and the good news is that when treatment is completed, survival rates are genuinely high. The challenge is that treatment runs across multiple cycles over one to two years. Each cycle covers chemotherapy, bloodwork, and an inpatient stay. Families who can afford the first few cycles sometimes can’t sustain the rest — and stopping treatment mid-protocol puts everything at risk. Consistent support across the full protocol is what gets a child to remission

Three commitments.
We pay the doctor, not the family. It protects donors, it protects families, and it means every peso is traceable from the moment you give it.
Cases reviewed by partner clinicians, not by us.
We post every outcome — including the ones that break your heart. You deserve to know what happened. And the families deserve that honesty too.
